RUNNING: Self Video Analysis

RULE No. 1: there is NO one way to run.

RULE No. 2: make small changes over time.

Running is an incredibly complex beast, and so in this programme you're given all the tools you need to analyse your own running biomechanics.  You'll learn to see what we see.  You'll identify YOUR root cause movement faults. You'll take ownership of where you are, and through some carefully crafted cues, you can start to make small changes, over time, to get on top of these poor movement patterns.

Tools Needed

To keep it accessible, the tools you need are minimal:

  • Camera/iPhone/Android that records in 1080p at 60 frames per second

  • Tripod - NOT essential

  • iPad or Android equivalent - NOT essential

  • Flat road or Treadmill
